The operational processes are often complex and permeated with various cycles of inefficiencies. We, at Reaktiv are well aware of the extent of the complexity of operations that can take place at large and important institutions, such as our clients. Therefore in our team we have placed great emphasis on the priorities that have to be placed on the information agenda of our clients. This includes strengthening of institutions and new strategies that lead to new solutions for specific challenges.
As part of the technical operations our Technical Operations team provides the customer a continuous on-site training. Another valuable activity as part of the Technical Operations is constant care for keeping the system documentation up-to-date. This is especially important in case of a larger turnover of staff, i.e. the knowledge is retained within the organization and is not person-dependent. The documentation is also a sound basis for knowledge management as well as dissemination of the necessary information whenever needed.
