Best Employer Award 2011
Re:Aktiv is pleased to announce that the company won the second place of Best Employer Award for 2011.
Dejan Damjanovic: The Award also imposes a greater responsibility on us, the top management, to ensure continuous and improved development of the employees and secure better working conditions.
Re:aktiv won the second place at this year's Best Employer Award 2011 тм in the category of companies with up to 100 employees, organized by Triple S Group.
Re:aktiv is taking part in this survey for second year in a row, since it is important for the management to have insight into the perception of the company employees of various aspects in the operations of the company, what are their priorities in the day-to-day operations, as well as what motivates them, and the general climate in the organization.
Twenty-three employees took part in this year's survey, and each employee took the 102 statement survey anonymously. The employees were asked to evaluate each statement.
The final result in Re:aktiv is 4.30 (of 5). The survey served for evaluation of the following components regarding employee satisfaction:
- Dedication to the organization- employee loyalty and their inclusion in the business processes
- Organization and management – understanding the mission and strategic goals of the company, fairness and taking responsibility in the company
- Communication flows- information flow, feedback
- Interpersonal relations- among colleagues and employee- supervisor
- Development opportunities- use of skills, career opportunities, trainings
- Working conditions- compensation, scope, resources
Last year, Re-aktiv won the first place at the Best Employer Award 2011 тм in the category for companies up to 100 employees.
